Website Privacy
A plain account of what this site collects.
This policy covers the Atlas Minds website. Clinical records are governed separately by the practice's own notice.

Consultation Requests
Information you choose to send
The consultation request form collects your name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, pronouns, what you are reaching out about, where you will be located for sessions, and a short message.
The information you submit is transmitted to the practice's client-management system so Nick can respond to your inquiry. The form explicitly asks you not to include clinical, medical, or confidential details.
Site Measurement
Basic visit measurement
The site is hosted on a platform that includes a first-party analytics script, served from the site's own domain, which records basic visit information such as pages viewed. It is not a third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixel, and the site does not run advertising retargeting. No attempt is made to identify individual visitors from this, and visit measurement is separate from anything submitted through the consultation form.
Separate Notices
Website information is not the clinical record
This website policy does not replace the notices that govern therapy services or clinical records. Visit Notices & Client Rights for the public notices currently provided by Atlas Minds.
This policy should be reviewed by counsel before it is relied on as legal guidance.
Questions Before Sharing
Keep the first message brief.
Use the consultation form for basic scheduling and fit information, not sensitive clinical or confidential details.
