Who do you work with?

Nick works with LGBTQ+ couples and relationships—including monogamous, open, polyamorous, and other consensually non-monogamous relationships—and with adults healing from complex trauma, mood and personality concerns, dissociation, substance use alongside trauma, stress, and burnout.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

No. Atlas Minds is a telehealth-only practice. This makes care available across Texas and Florida, but there is no in-person office option.

Where do we need to be during sessions?

Every person joining a session must be physically located in Texas or Florida at the time of the appointment. Nick's licenses do not allow him to provide therapy to someone located elsewhere.

What does private pay mean?

You pay Atlas Minds directly rather than billing an insurer. You can request a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Every private-pay client receives a written Good Faith Estimate.

What happens in the free consultation?

The 15-minute consultation is a brief chance to talk about what brings you in, ask practical questions, and decide whether Nick's expertise and style may fit what you need.

Is Atlas Minds a crisis service?

No. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For 24/7 support, call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
